Cap One Loop

Located in the picturesque horse country of eastern Goochland County, Virginia, this route that we call Cap One Loop is one of our Synergy/RVA favorites. It spans just over 13 miles, which makes it a true half-marathon course. The first and last 3-miles (getting out there, then getting back) takes you through a wide, four-lane section, leading to narrower three- and two-lane stretches. The loop itself is a two-lane country road. We park at the West Creek Emergency Center (12720 Tuckahoe Creek Court, Richmond, VA 23238).
