Synergy is the only indoor/ outdoor inline skating group in Virginia offering programs for fitness skaters, recreational skaters and speed skaters of all abilities. With multiple locations in Virginia, our members develop new friendships and enjoy a variety of locations to skate and train.

Inline skating is one of the most popular tools for fitness around the world. Individuals and families can maintain health and enjoy personal accomplishment through inline skating.

Synergy regularly attends inline skating events up and down the east coast, as well as others across the nation. Often groups will travel to Europe, South America and other countries for inline skating events. Synergy is a chartered organization through the USA Roller Sports (the NGB to the Olympic Committee for roller sports).

Head coach and founder, Kelly Springer brings the latest research of training techniques and fitness programs along with training discipline that enhances life skills for work and family. Past skaters have used Kelly's program to reach goals of national and world championships. Others have moved on to the US National Cycling Team and even enrollment to West Point.
